Caterina Scorsone is an American-Canadian actor. Caterina was famous after her character the role of Dr. Amelia Shepherd on Grey's Anatomy. In the other drama called Private Practice, she played the character of Dr. Amelia Shepherd. Francesca Scorsone, her sister's full name, is Francesca. She began her career by acting in Mr. Dressup. Mr. Dressup show. She showcased her talents in the role of Michelle Parker in a hit film titled Power Play. Missing was another film that has been a success of her career in which she played Jess Mastriani. In 2009, she demonstrated her acting abilities in the character of Alice in a film called Alice. After her fame came her appearance in Grey's Anatomy. She performed the role of Amelia Shepherd in this series. In the short time she was a regular part that she later was promoted into the lead cast thanks to her outstanding performance.
