Allison Pregler, a Z-grade movie critic, is famous for her sarcastic appreciation for stupid action and horror movies. Her reviews started in the latter half of 2009, and after she gained some fame (under the old name Obscurus-Lupa) Allison Pregler subsequently became part of Channel Awesome's family. She was on the website until mid-2015 when the channel Obscurus Lupa Presents was transformed into Movie Nights. The presenter hosts two podcasts: one focused on the Charmed Franchise and another co-hosted alongside Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme.
